Buying Criteria

MFF Capital's team sources, underwrites, and acquires distressed residential and commercial assets across the United States, with a primary focus on the Sun Belt and Midwest. MFF's process begins by identifying properties with clear value-add potential, often requiring meaningful renovation. MFF typically targets assets below $350,000 that require renovation and present a clear repositioning opportunity.

If you own a property that may be a fit, submit it for review and a member of our team will follow up if it aligns with our criteria.

Closing Process

If a property meets the criteria listed above, MFF moves forward by opening escrow with a local title company. The title company conducts a full title search to confirm ownership and identify any outstanding liens in preparation for closing.

On the day of closing, funds are wired to the title company and released to you once all documents are signed and recorded.
